Refund and Exchange Policy

Do to the nature of COVID-19, there will be no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final. Wigs and hair extensions can not be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer due to sanitation reasons. If there is an error on a product or service from Ooh La La Beautique, then it will be corrected or replaced.

Ooh La La Beautique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

A refund will not be issued for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to request a claim for lost/stolen packages. All packages are assigned a tracking number.

Processing

All orders require a processing time from 7 -21 days. After an order is placed and a confirmation is sent, the fulfillment process begins.

The fulfillment process includes receiving hair from our trusted vendor, creating and styling the customized unit, and preparing for shipment.

Pre-order wigs require 7-10 business days for completion. After completion, the order will begin the shipping process that require an additional 7-10 days depending on USPS delivery requirements.

All wigs are fully customized with bleached knots, a pre-plucked hairline, elastic band, wig cap, and style.

**Please keep in mind that pre-order wigs and bundles are sent from our trusted vendor. There will be an extended processing time with these orders.

Shipping

Please allow 7-21 days for pre-made wigs and extensions orders to be processed and shipped.

Ready to ship wigs will be processed and shipped within 3-7 days.

Accessories and hair growth oil will be processed and shipped within 7-14 days.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 AND HOLIDAYS THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN SHIPPING!!!

Please make sure your address is entered correctly with correct abbreviations, apartment numbers, and/or suite numbers. Ooh La La Beautique will not be responsible for incorrect information entered during purchase.

Measurements

Please make sure you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a unit.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL!!

Refer to the measurement chart to correctly measure your head. Small 21-21.5, Medium 22-22.5, and Large 23-23.5.

Cancellation

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL!!!

There will be a $25 cancellation fee deducted for any orders cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase date.
